Vision and Mission of the Division
School of Arts and Sciences
The Computer Science Division envisions itself as a center of excellence and expertise in computer education, training, and services in Mindanao. Its mission is to channel all resources, both human and material, towards effective teaching, expertise-building, quality services, and productive linkages as its Christian response to the challenges of nation-building.
Objectives
In line with its vision and mission, its objectives are: - To train and develop well-rounded and competent computer professionals who will actively participate in the technological development of Mindanao after college;
- To conduct relevant research in the field of computers and maintain a progressive faculty and student development program;
- To provide quality computer services to the Ateneo community, the locality, and the region;
- To link with computer-oriented and non-computer-oriented groups sharing mutual goals and aspirations.
